Just to let you know that we covered about 2,500K in the UK and then in France. We were very pleased with the "test drive" and would just like to thank you; Mark and Simon for all your help and patience in the buying process. Having done extensive research and seen numerous vans that did not meet my expectations I came across Slough Van and Truck. 1 particular van caught my attention so I rang and spoke to Matt. He appeared to be a very nice and genuine guy who patiently explained all I wanted to know about the van. (I had a lot of questions!!) I drove 120 miles from Cardiff based on our conversation and I was not disappointed when I got there. Everything was as described on the phone and I couldn't have been more pleased. There was no sales pressure at all which is a pet hate of mine and I was allowed to have a thorough look at the van with no interruptions or sales pitch! It is obvious to me that they are a well run, organised and honest family business (Not many of these around nowadays) Nearly 6 months on, I could not be happier with my purchase and have had no issues at all. Matt even organised a new VW book pack to be sent to me when I asked 4 months after the sale! Hows that for customer service. I would highly recommend these guys and they would be my first port of call if I ever want another van.

We dealt with Matt at Slough Truck & Van. Nothing was too much trouble, van was as described when we arrived to view it & work (MOT, tax, etc) was completed as agreed when we picked it up. Have had no problems at all with the van since purchase. Would recommend & would definitely deal with them again.
